- No Hub Required – The Kasa Filament Smart Bulb, Soft White connects directly to your home’s secure WiFi network. No need for a hub or extra equipment. All you need is your smartphone, the Kasa Smart app and a WiFi connection to start remotely controlling your smart bulb.
- Device Grouping – Use Grouping to combine your smart filament bulb with other Kasa Smart devices for seamless control with a single tap of your smartphone. Put all of your Kasa Smart light bulbs into a single group and dim them all at once for the perfect ambiance.
- Voice Control - Use simple voice commands to control your Kasa Filament Smart Bulb with any Alexa or Google Assistant. Just tell your voice assistant to dim your lights and set the perfect mood for movie night.
- Energy Monitoring – Using the Kasa Smart app, you can check on your LED filament bulb from anywhere to see how much energy is being consumed. Turn it off remotely to stop any consumption.
- Set Schedules – Use your Kasa Smart app to schedule your LED filament light bulb to turn on and off around your daily routine.

- Smart Actions – Enable device interconnections and home automation for your Kasa devices. There are three types of Actions that can be created: “Motion Sensing”, “Schedule a Scene” and “Auto-off Timer”.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@gusbyrneelectrical.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like headphone, custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as shavers, hair products etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
